Description :

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing B2B leads. In this role, you’ll focus on the US market, conducting research, outreach, and engagement to build high-quality prospect pipelines. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities and contribute directly to business growth.

Responsibilities :
  • Generate leads through tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Apollo.io, and similar platforms.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to potential clients in India and the US.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) with lead data and activity.
  • Perform thorough research on prospective companies and decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets.
Requirements :
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation and cold calling.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience working with Indian and US markets is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with lead gen tools and CRMs.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to work in different shifts based on target market.
Minimum Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 2+ years of lead generation experience (B2B preferred)
  • Prior IT/software company experience is a plus
