Position Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation & Cold Calling Executive to generate qualified leads and initiate business conversations with prospective clients in both Indian and US markets. The role will require working in rotational or fixed shifts depending on market focus.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Generate leads through tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and similar platforms.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to potential clients in India and the US.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) with lead data and activity.
  • Perform thorough research on prospective companies and decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets.
Requirements :
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation and cold calling.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). 
  • Experience working with Indian and US markets is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with lead gen tools and CRMs.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to work in different shifts based on target market.
